1. Sit down when putting on shoes and socks. Avoid bending from the waist or trying to balance on one foot while dressing.
2. When mopping, vacuuming, raking, hoeing or performing other similar activities, always work with the tool close to your body. Do not stretch out your body or use a long reach.
3. Avoid wearing high heels (ladies, you look just as lovely in low heels).
4. Avoid activities that arch or strain the low back (for example, back bend, forward bend, touching toes).
5. When coughing or sneezing, round your back and bend your knees slightly.
6. When making the bed, do so from a kneeling position.
Take care of your back, and take control of your health.
